3. BONUS TERM & CONDITIONS
NO DEPOSIT BONUSES
Unless otherwise stated, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following rules.
The bonus amount must be wagered: $10-$20 for the slots&cards, $25 - $50 for the slots only, with the playthrough of x50, and maximum cashout of x2. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirements.
The maximum withdrawal amount (unless otherwise stated) from a No Deposit bonus in an amount valued at or below $50 is twice the face value of the Bonus. All No Deposit Bonuses valued above $50 come with a cash-out limit equal to the value of the Bonus. No Deposit Bonuses cannot have a max cash-out of over $100. Please note that certain No Deposit Bonuses will come with different restrictions (such as a higher maximum cashout), which will be stated in their Terms&Conditions. Players cannot claim multiple free bonuses consecutively. Doing so will invalidate any accumulated winnings, making them non-withdrawable.
Once all bonus requirements are met, any amount over the maximum withdrawal limit will be removed from the balance automatically. Only one Account per person, per household, or computer may redeem a no deposit bonus. Players with multiple accounts who only redeem free bonuses may be subject to an account lockout and have all their winnings forfeited.
Each No Deposit bonus entails different restrictions, depending on the respective promotion. No deposit bonuses can be used to play progressive games. It's the players' responsibility to familiarize themselves with the bonus terms and conditions they are about to claim to avoid winnings cancellation in case of bonus terms violation.
To request a withdrawal of winnings, players should have a minimum withdrawal amount, which is $100. If a no-deposit bonus was used, there should be a deposit placed matching the difference between the minimum withdrawal and the maximum cash-out from the no-deposit promo (meaning if the maximum cash-out limit from the no-deposit promo is $50 then the deposit of at least $50 is required). This deposit needs to be wagered at least once before the cashout is processed. A player must also provide the required documentation before processing the withdrawal, as specified on our Withdrawal Procedure Page.
FREE CHIP
Unless otherwise stated, all Free Chip bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions.
The wagering requirement is set at 45 times the bonus amount for slot and card games, max cashout X5. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirements.
The maximum withdrawal from Free Chip bonuses is limited to five times the bonus value unless stated differently (unless otherwise stated). Players cannot redeem multiple Free Chip bonuses consecutively. If a player has already used a Free Chip bonus and is planning to claim another one, a real-money deposit needs to be made in the interim for the Free Chip to be redeemable by the Player. A player who will redeem two consecutive Free Chip bonuses without following these rules will have his winnings voided.
Once all requirements are met and the Player wishes to make a withdrawal, any amount over the Maximum Withdrawal Limit will be removed from his balance.
Mixing deposits and Free Chip bonuses is not allowed, yet Exclusive Online Casino is aware that this might happen. If you deposit while using a Free Chip, wagering requirements and the maximum allowed to cash out of the mentioned Bonus will still apply. Claiming any promotional bonus other than a deposit bonus requires a player's account balance to be at $0.3 or less.
Free chip bonuses cannot be used with progressive games. Using Free Chip bonuses with progressive games will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirements. Exclusive Online Casino reserves the right to lock or terminate any player's Account if that Player is found abusing the free chip promotions offered by the Casino.
FREE SPINS
Unless stated otherwise, all Free Spins offers are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Free Spins apply exclusively to the particular slot game(s) as stated in the Bonus T&S. The Player's account balance must be less than $0.3 in order to claim any Free Spins offer. In case that Free Spins apply to several games, those will be assigned to the game that was started first. Once the Free Spins are credited, all the games will be unavailable except for the one you received Free Spins on.
NO DEPOSIT FREE SPINS

The Match Bonus for Spins adds a specific amount of Spins to your deposit.

Please note that you should not place bets/stakes in the games excluded from the Bonus. Bets/stakes placed in the games outside of the Bonus will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirements.
Unless stated otherwise, this bonus type has no maximum cashout restriction.
EXTRA FREE SPINS (AS PER MATCH BONUS).
Extra Free Spins are designated for a specific slot game as outlined in the offer and have their own wagering requirements. Extra Free Spins will be applied to a particular slot game(s) stated in the offer. Winnings from Free Spins must be wagered 40 times on approved games, with a maximum withdrawal limit of 5 times the number of Free Spins credited within the promotion.
Customers cannot redeem multiple Free Spins offers consecutively unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
MATCH BONUSES
Unless otherwise stated, all Match Bonus Promotions are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Bonus amount plus deposit must be wagered a minimum of 30 times for slot games or a minimum of 35 times for slots&card games. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirements.

WEEKLY CASHBACK
Unless otherwise stated, all weekly cashbacks are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Weekly Cashback will be credited Sunday through Monday to selected player classes who meet the following requirements:
- no pending withdrawals in place;
- have an active balance under $0.3.
To check if your player class qualifies, please consult your designated account manager or contact Customer Support.
Weekly Cashback conditions are as follows:
- Credited for certain player classes without pending withdrawals at the time of WCB redemption and whose active balance is under $0.03.
- Calculated on all deposits made in the previous 7 days, with a minimum total of $1000 to qualify. In case of successful WD during the last 7 days, the amount of cashout will be deducted from the weekly deposit amount.
- Cashback bonuses must meet a minimum wagering requirement of 35 times for slot and card games, with bets on excluded games not contributing to these requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, all Cashback Bonuses come with no max cash out.
COMP POINTS
Comp points are accumulated by Player while playing games at the Casino except for the Live Dealer Titles.
Comp points are different for every player class. VIP players may earn Comp Points at a higher rate, depending on their VIP class. For more information, please address your VIP Agent. Comp Points can be changed or withdrawn at the Casino's discretion.
Comp Points have neither max cash out nor wagering once redeemed. A Player cannot claim match bonuses in addition to the comp points redeemed, as both are considered different bonus types.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL THE BONUSES
Only players with Real Money Accounts are eligible to receive Promotions when only one Real Money Account per player is permitted. Players with Multiple accounts will be suspended and will not be eligible to receive any bonuses or winnings in addition to all their withdrawals being canceled and their winnings being void.
As already stated above, Exclusive Online Casino allows only one active Account per person, including family, household address, email address, and/or credit card number. Unless otherwise stated, all promotional funds (bonus amount) will stay in the house upon completing the wagering. Bonus money serves to enhance play and helps generate winnings; thus, it cannot be withdrawn as part of the winnings. All promotional funds will be deducted from your winnings by Exclusive and will not be returned to the Account upon withdrawal. Upon withdrawing your winnings, the bonus amount will be removed from the total winnings amount.
If a player intends to use a promotion, is should be redeem prior to making any bets and after making a successful deposit in order to claim it. If a player is unable to claim a promotion, it is their responsibility to contact customer support for assistance. If a player places bets before claiming a promotion, they forfeit their right to claim it on that specific deposit.
As specified earlier, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. Promotional offers are only available to players for whom the offer was issued directly, either by the Exclusive Casino or their agent. Promotional offers that were sent via email, phone, or mail are intended for the recipient only and cannot be transferred.
If a player uses bonuses to accumulate a feature guarantee within a game, or additional bonus rounds in slot games, and funds an account or uses a Bonus to reach the bonus rounds, any earnings from such rounds/features would be considered void. Exclusive Online Casino reserves the right to void bonuses if promotional abuse is suspected. Suspected fraudulent bonus claims or withdrawals may result in a player's Account being suspended or terminated.
Unless otherwise stated in the bonus terms, playing the following games with a bonus will not contribute to the wagering: Jackpot Progressives, Live Dealer games, Ride 'em Poker, Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, Pai Gow, War and other table games, anything but scratch cards by Dragon Gaming Provider, or any games from Betsoft, BGaming, CQ9, Genesis, Nucleus, Saucify & SpadeGaming Providers. Wagers placed on each game type will contribute a different amount towards the Player's wagering requirement in corresponding bonuses taken:
- Slots, Video Slots and Specialties of the listed providers, namely, - (DiceLab, Dragon Gaming, UrgentGames, Rival) - 1.00;
- Card Games - 0.20;
- Video Poker - 0.20.
For instance, while $1 wagered on Slots reduces the wagering requirement by $1, $1 wagered on Video Poker will reduce the wagering requirement by $0.20.
If a bonus has a limited time frame and the conditions are not met during that time frame, the Bonus and any winnings a player might have earned from it will be removed.
Suppose a Player participated in a Casino bonus program and requests a withdrawal without fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion to enable such a withdrawal. In that case, the Player shall fulfill all the respective requirements within a certain limited period of time. Players who wish to play without any bonuses are free to play with no restrictions by simply not redeeming any coupons offered. 5. GENERAL PLAYERS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Exclusive Online Casino makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to the Player's legal right to participate in any of its games, nor do any of its employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.
Exclusive Online Casino employees, licensees, distributors, affiliates, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, or any other agencies, media partners, retailers, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in Casino games. A Player is only allowed to enter the Casino for private online gambling uses. It's prohibited to use the Casino for professional or commercial use.
Exclusive Online Casino reserves the right to terminate a Player's Account for any reason and at any time without giving any notice to the Player. Exclusive Online Casino also reserves the right to void any winnings and nullify any balance in the Player's Casino account in any of the following circumstances:
- if evidence suggests that a Player has more than one active Account at Exclusive Online Casino;
- if a Player provides incorrect or false information during their registration process;
- any mismatch or discrepancy between the name on the Player's Casino account and the name on the credit card(s) the Player used to deposit into the Account;
- if a Player is not of legal age;
- if a Player resides in a jurisdiction where participation in the Casino is prohibited, as stated in the Exclusive Online Casino Terms and Conditions;
- if a Player permitted someone else to play using their Exclusive Online Casino account, whether it was done intentionally or unintentionally;
- If a Player has used unfair external factors, taken advantage of our services, colluded with others to gain an unfair advantage, etc., the Exclusive Online Casino reserves the right to block the Account from using our promotions. Wagers must be placed only through the Casino software. Any wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" Player, is strictly forbidden. Please note that all transactional messages related to your Account will still be received, as they are considered account information and are not a part of our marketing communication.
Exclusive Online Casino does not have any control over any associated third-party marketing communications, including but not limited to affiliate campaigns, promotional or marking agencies, etc. If a Player feels they have been victimized by spam activities resulting from a third-party advertising and/or a promotional campaign published by the Casino facilities, we strongly recommend contacting Customer Support at Exclusive Online Casino. The Casino reserves the right to deny, cancel, or alter any bonuses or malfunctioning games at any moment without prior notification. It is the Player's responsibility to check the Bonus and Game T&C before starting to play with it.
Exclusive Online Casino will not be held accountable or liable for any possible computer or Internet malfunctions using the non-approved Casino means. All winnings gained as a consequence of either system malfunction or game error will be null and void.
In the event a game is interrupted or disconnected at any time, the Game will be resumed from the point before it was disconnected. The result from the previous Game should be displayed once the Player starts the Game again. If the Player gets disconnected from the Casino's server mid-game, the Player will be able to continue and complete that Game exactly as if they had never left. If the Exclusive Online Casino server does not receive information on the Player's bet and is, therefore, unable to process it, the Player's balance will not get deducted, and the Player will be able to see the result of their last wager.
Players may play one pending Game at a time. The Casino ensures all necessary technical settings in regard to this issue. By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, the Player consents to the use of their name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
Unless stated otherwise, the maximum win from any single spin is at a multiple of 50,000 times your bet per line. This consists of any free spins or other features that may be associated with a single spin. If the Player has any dispute he wishes to file in regard to the outcome of a particular game, he/she must submit a complaint to Exclusive Online Casino in writing within 10 days. All Terms and Conditions contained here represent the complete, final, and exclusive agreement between you as a Player and the Company and supersedes and merges all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and the Company with regards to the claiming of any promotional or Bonus offers.

We also have the right to withhold your account balance, close your Account permanently, or block any winnings, payouts, or bonuses that were affected by any of the suspicious activities.
The following actions will be considered a violation of the Exclusive Online Casino's Terms and Conditions but are not limited to this list. Consequences may lead to the termination of the Player's Casino account and the confiscation of the Player's winnings:
If a Player threatens to re-attribute, deny, revoke, dispute, chargeback, block, hold, or cancel any of the deposits made with us.
If a Player has been found deliberately making a 'chargeback' or 'dispute' of funds deposited from the credit card into their Casino account or has been found to have made a 'chargeback' or threatened to do so in any other online Casino or website. This includes verbal and written threats to dispute, chargeback, or stop transactions.

- if the Casino finds out about the Player's membership in any group where the Player uses soft or any other services to obtain winnings;
- if the Casino finds out the Player's Account was negatively affected at another online gaming website;
- we reserve the right to investigate any case in which any element of suspicious or illegal activity may be found;
- any kind of obscene language is not tolerated in our Casino. The Casino reserves the right to take any necessary steps when this policy is violated.
7. DEPOSITS
If a Player wishes to partake in Services and receive Match promotions, he will be required to deposit into their Playable Account from an account or source of which they are the account holder. The Player may then use deposited funds to place bets or play games.

The Casino doesn't allow any money/balance transferring from one Player's Account to another. A Player can set a deposit limit at any time using their personal Account Manager. 8. WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE WITHDRAWAL:
Withdrawal requests must be reviewed and approved by the Exclusive Online Casino's finance department before being sent out for payments. Upon making a withdrawal request, a Player will be required to send in valid identification documentation confirming the Player's age and address. Withdrawal payment will only be made to a Registered Customer. FEES AND LIMITATIONS IN WITHDRAWALS

MALFUNCTION, SYSTEM, OR HUMAN ERROR
Exclusive Online Casino reserves the right to void any winnings that were generated as a result of a hardware/software error, malfunction, or human error. In the event of any such malfunctions or errors, all wagers will be voided.
